24 Houses Waterrijk in Eindhoven
The development of the vision for Waterrijk was prompted by the quality plan, which prescribed a green neighbourhood. Based on the green structures encountered on site, Waterrijk is divided up into a number of neighbourhoods, described as ‘rooms’.
The design for 24 ground-floor single-family houses for social housing came about through the quest for a balanced cohesion between building volume and open spaces.
